Returns Policy

Thank you for visiting Emily's Soap and Sundries! It likely goes without saying that the nature of our products does not lend itself to resell, particularly for unsealed products for hygiene and safety reasons. For this reason we co not allow returns on these items. If you feel you have received an incorrect or defective item, please notify us  within 7 days for a refund to your account and/or create a new shipment.

In case of damage to a product during shipment, it must be reported to us within 3 days of delivery. Images of the damage to the box and/or

Domestic Shipping (US)

We currently only ship to sites within the United States. Once your order ships, it will arrive in 4-8 business days with standard ground shipping. Within that window, please note our carriers will pass off your order to your local USPS office. With priority shipping your order will arrive within a 3-6 business day delivery window after shipping via USPS 

Our Fulfillment Center operates Monday through Friday from 6:00AM EST to 3:30PM EST, and we offer a 5-day-a-week shipping policy to our customers.

Orders placed during our regular business hours are generally processed and shipped within 1-2 business days.  Orders placed outside of our regular business hours or on weekends and holidays will be processed on the following business day in the order in which they were received.  

Please note that the estimated delivery times may vary depending on the shipping method selected and the destination of the package.  We do our best to provide accurate estimated delivery times and keep our customers informed of any delays or issues that may arise during shipping. Once your package is processed you will receive a "Shipping Notification Email".  "Shipped" means the order is packed, labeled and ready for the carrier to pick up. Pick-up times vary due to driver schedules, traffic, weather and other factors. Orders shipped late in the day or on weekends may not be picked up until the next business day. Please do not worry if tracking results are not immediately available. Carriers take up to two business days to update information on their websites.

We're proud to offer our 100% satisfaction guarantee! If you're unhappy with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of your order delivery date and we'll get it all sorted out! In most cases, refunds will be issued for the full purchase price minus the shipping.
